كل شاب وشابة في سن المراهقة ويجب أن يواجه الشهوة... كل شاب فاضل وكل شابة فاضلة مهما كان عمرها، يسعى للمحافظة على عفته ويدرك خطورة الشهوة... الكل صغارا وكبارا أطلقوا العنان لرغبات نفوسهم ويبحثون عن مخرج.... هذه أفكار ونصائح كتبها قلم أحد إخوانكم الذي عانى مما تعيشونه وكان لا بد من مواجهته نفس الصعوبات التي تواجهكم جميعًا، ومن يدرك الصراع ضد الرغبة وفخاخ الشيطان التي تواجهونها.

محمد الدويش:

ولد عام 1963 في مدينة الزلفي بالمملكة العربية السعودية، وهو متخصص معروف في العلوم التربوية. وهو أب لسبعة أطفال، وقد أكمل جميع دراساته في هذا المجال حتى الدكتوراه في جامعة محمد بن سعود الإسلامية بالرياض، وشارك ولا يزال يشارك في العديد من البرامج والندوات والمؤتمرات والدورات والدراسات في مجالات التربية. والتعليم الذي كرس له معظم أعماله، بما في ذلك هذا العمل.
