To facilitate understanding of the Noble Quran by interpreting the manual with reliable scholarly content and distinguished methodology through an institutional environment that depends on continuous development and various partnerships, and working to disseminate it globally to all beneficiaries with a variety of print, visual, audio, technical and educational outputs, for people with special needs, and in many languages.

في ضوء الحاجة الدائمة لوجود تفاسيرَ مختصرةٍ تُيَسِّر عرضَ المعاني التفسيرية وتقدِّمها بأسلوبٍ سهلٍ وموجزٍ =فقد حرص مركز تفسير على إعد اد هذا التفسير المختصر، والذي راعى فيه اختصار العرض للمعاني، وسهول ة صياغتها، واختيار الأكثر صحة منها، إضافة لذِكر مقاصد السور وبعض ال هدايات المستفادة من الآيات ؛ وذلك رغبةً منه في إيجاد مُخْرَجٍ تفسيري مبسّط يناسب مختلَف طبقات ا صالحًا كذلك للترجمة، فيسهم في سدّ ثغرة مهمّ ة في هذا الجانب.

Considering the constant need for brief interpretations that facilitate the presentation of exegetical meanings and present them in a simple and concise way, the Tafsir Center was keen to prepare this brief interpretation, in which it took into account the brevity of the presentation of the meanings, its ease of formulation and the selection of the most correct ones, in addition to mentioning the objectives of the suras and some gifts learned from the verses. ; This is due to its desire to find a simplified explanatory output that is suitable for different classes and categories of society, and also lends itself to translation, thus helping to fill an important gap in this aspect.

الإصدارات التي أنتجها مركز تفسير للدراسات ال العلماء والمتخصصين، وراجعته لجنة ون خبة من أهل الاختصاص أيضًا، وتولَّت الإشراف عليه ومتابعته لجنة مختص ة.

خرجت الطبعة الأولى من هذا الإصدار عن المركز عام 1431هـ-2010 م، في مجلد و احد، مطبوعة على حاشية المصحف الشريف؛ القرآن على اجة للرجوع إلى كتاب آخر، وصدرت منه ستة إصدارات بعد الطبعة الأولى.

وقد رُوعي في هذا التفسير أن يكون مختصرًا، مناسبًا للغة العصر، صالح ًا لأن يكون أصلًا لترجمته إلى اللغات الأخرى، فجاء متميزًا بما يأتي:

1- وضوح العبارة وسهولتها، بعيدًا عن الحشو والتعقيد اللفظي.

2- ات والإعراب والفقه ونحوها.

3- شرح المفردات القرآنية أثناء التفسير وتمييز هل الوقوف عليه لمن أراده.

4- انتهاج منهج سلف الأمة باتباع ما دلَّ عليه القرآن والسُّنة.

5- الأرجح عند الاختلاف، مع مراعاة ضوابط التفسير وقوا عد الترجيح.

6- سياق جملة من هدايات وتمام ال انتفاع بها، تحت عنوان مستقلّ: (من فوائد الآيات).

6- ه، وموضع نزولها.

فأمّا اللجنة التي قامت بإعداد هذا التفسير، فهم:

- الشيخ/ سيدي محمد بن محمد المختار الشنقيطي: قام بكتابة متن التفسير.

- أ.د/ زيد بن عمر العيص: قام بكتابة فوائد الآيات وهداياتها.

- د/ محمد بن عبد الله الربيعة: قام بكتابة مقاصد السور.

أ.د/ أحمد خالد شكري ، أ.د/ أحمد سعد الخطيب، أ.د/ أحمد بزوي الضاوي، د/ حسين بن علي / خالد بن عثمان السبت، أ. د/ زيد بن عمر العيص، أ.د/ سعيد الفلاح، أ.د/ صواب، أ.د/ غان م قدوري الحمد، د/ محمد بن عبد الله القحطاني).

وأمّا اللجنة التي قامت بالإشراف والمتابعة، في جميع مراحل الكتاب، فهم: (د/ أحمد بن محمد البريدي، أ.د/ عبد الرحمن بن معاضة الشهري، أ.د/ مسا ناصر بن محمد الماجد - رحمه الله-).

This interpretation is among the publications produced by the Tafsir Center for Quranic Studies, and it has been prepared by a group of scholars and specialists, and it has also been reviewed by a committee and a group of specialists, and it has been supervised and monitored by a specialized committee.

The first edition of this issue came out of the Center in 1431 AH-2010 CE, in one volume, printed on the footnote of the Noble Quran; To help the reader of the Quran to understand the words of Almighty God in the easiest way, without the need to refer to another book, and six publications have been published after the first edition.

It was taken into account in this interpretation that it should be brief, appropriate to the language of the time and valid as a basis for translation into other languages, so it was distinguished by the following elements:

1- The clarity of the sentence and its ease, far from confusion and verbal complexity.

2- Reduce the interpretation of the verses and clarify their meaning without getting into problems of reading, syntax, jurisprudence and others.

3- Explanation of the Quranic vocabulary during the interpretation and distinction of the explanation in a different color to facilitate its identification to those who wish.

4- Adopt the approach of the ancestor of the nation by following what the Koran and the Sunna indicate.

5- Search for the most probable meaning in the event of a discrepancy, taking into account the rules of interpretation and the rules of weighting.

6- The context of a set of gifts and benefits of the verses, which makes it possible to reflect on them and to fully exploit them, under a distinct title: (On the benefits of the verses).

7- Present in front of each sura a statement of its object, its general axis around which it revolves, and the place of its revelation.

As for the committee that prepared this interpretation, it is:

Sheikh/ Sidi Muhammad bin Muhammad Al-Mukhtar Al-Shanqiti: He wrote the text of the interpretation.

- Teacher. Zaid bin Omar Al-Ais: He wrote the benefits and gifts of the verses.

- Dr. Muhammad bin Abdullah Al-Rabiah: He wrote the purposes of the Surahs.

As for the committee that carried out the review and evaluation, they are: (Prof. Ahmed Khaled Shukri, Prof. Ahmed Saad Al-Khatib, Prof. Ahmed Bazoy Al-Dawi, Dr. Hussein bin Ali Al-Harbi, Dr. Khaled bin Othman Al-Sabt, Prof. Dr. Zaid bin Omar Al-Ais, Prof. Saeed Al-Falah, Prof. Saleh bin Yahya Sawab, Prof. Ghanem Qaddouri Al-Hamad, Dr. Muhammad bin Abdullah Al-Qahtani) .
