How to preserve your chastity, by Khâled Ahâya'

The Prophet ( peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Women are the 'similar' of men. " Since the woman occupies a high rank and degree, she should be given all the attention, advice and recommendations which are due to him.

This imperious need is further accentuated when one becomes aware of the scale of the ruthless campaign of which it is the object and the standard of which is carried by the enemies of the Muslim nation with the sole aim of " Westernizing" the Muslim woman and push her to get rid of Islamic decorum and divine precepts.

Decency and chastity are qualities that bring together everything that can protect honor and preserve it and it is through these qualities that a woman shelters herself from anything that can dishonor her or lower it. The objective of this work is to expose, in a clear way, the principal means which make it possible to concretize chastity while warning against all that can taint or corrupt it.

The poet said: Nothing can restrain the maiden As would decency and modesty If the veils of modesty are torn to shreds You can say goodbye to the maiden's chastity.
