In Islam, the woman enjoys a high rank. She is a mother, wife, sister, daughter, aunt… but not only. She is also an exegete, jurisconsult, traditionist and scholar. In fact, at the time of the Prophet (saw), women particularly distinguished themselves in the field of knowledge, fiqh and fatwa. Beyond the cliché of a virtuous woman because she is a tender and affectionate wife, who takes care of her home and her small family, this pleasant work proposes to show a dimension of women that is too little known and highlighted: that of the woman who invests herself in society as a committed actor and model for others. The woman teaches, writes and influences, she engenders the nation, but also forms and molds it !

It is this model that we want for the woman of today, the one that existed in the past, already at the time of the Prophet r, and that we only rarely meet today. Man did not have the monopoly of knowledge yesterday and does not have it today either. Our community still needs to realize this and work to ensure that this is not the case.
