Islam is a humanistic and universal religion which addresses the human race as a whole and in its diversity. In this final message to humanity, God establishes the bond that unites all human beings despite their differences.
He says in particular: “O men! We have created you from a male and a female, and We have made you into peoples and tribes, so that you may know one another" (Qur'an: 49, 13) thus clearly establishing the principle of human brotherhood in disregarding all the factors that differentiate men, whether racial, national or social, since their origin is common. The men are all brothers. Humanity is one family.
