How to live longer? according to Muhamma al-Nu'aym:

Life is short and passes quickly. This plus, that time we can devote to God becomes even shorter when we know that whole years of our existence are absorbed by sleep, work, travel, etc.

So how can we compete with the previous nations in terms of good deeds if we don't have enough time?

To alleviate this problem, Allah has decreed for the Muslim community a series of acts and worships which prolong life and yield exponential rewards. Every sincere believer must know them and try to apply them to hope to present on the Last Day works whose rewards require tens of lives to be reaped, while he only lived his short life.

This book is composed of three main parts, which are divided into several sub-parts as follows:

I) The importance of the subject:

- Why do you want to live?

- The main problem.

- Prolong its existence: definition.

- Is it permissible to implore Allah to prolong our existence?

II) Works that prolong existence:

- Good behavior.

- Longevity thanks to works with a tenfold reward.

- Longevity thanks to works whose reward continues after death.

- Longevity through time management.

III) Preserve acquired good deeds:

- Sins that devour good deeds.

- Conceit.

- Injure people in their rights.

- Lasting sins.
