How do I choose my path within Islam?

This book is of major interest in Muslim spirituality. Imam al-Ghazali paints a complete picture of the state of science in his time and also of the state of currents of thought and faith. The imam, in his quest, seeks useful science and the path of truth among the many paths. Indeed, he describes his personal experience to us during this quest for certainty which led him to reject taqlid (blind imitation) and to rebuild his faith, his science and all his certainties on the solid foundations of the Koran and of the sunna, armed in his quest with a universal and implacable methodology.
