After the discovery stage, during which the learner has learned the Arabic letters, alone and in isolated segments or words, the interest now turns to the definition of the sentence. The objectives of this level are directed towards:

• Developing the ability to read sentences correctly, taking care of:

• articulate well and take care of phonetics

• respect the rules of connection and separation between sounds and words;

• and to know the numbers and how to transcribe them.

• Enrich the student's lexical knowledge through new lexical fields for which the texts of the book have been devoted and what they cover as themes.

• Develop in the pupil a linguistic and stylistic faculty, so that he can produce simple sentences to express specific situations, describe known landscapes, and comment on direct positions.

• Provide him with a few simple elementary rules in grammar, conjugation and spelling, with a view to developing his faculties and founding his linguistic knowledge on sound bases.
