Human and social relations are constantly evolving and taking new and unprecedented forms, especially in our modern societies where materialism has become omnipresent, faith and morality marginalized, consumerism and entertainment the golden rule. Values and principles that were once noble and virtuous are now considered backward and outdated.

Love, this affective feeling which unites human beings, but which, moreover, allows servants to come closer spiritually to their Creator, is gradually being replaced, within a section of Muslim youth, by a purely physical attraction. which aims only to satisfy base impulses.

In this new quest to satisfy desires, the boys behave like unstoppable predators and the girls, enjoying being the object of desire, like easy and attractive prey. The wise teachings of Islam no longer really occupy a place in their lives.

It is in this perspective that the famous preacher Muhammad al-'Arîfî wrote this book. An appeal to young people, without adopting a moralizing tone, to invite them to question themselves, to review their conception of love and emotional feelings to conform them to the principles of Islam. Because it is only on this path that young people will be able to fully blossom and fall truly and nobly in love.
