Music in Islam ( Instruments , songs, anâshîd ) , by Sheikh al-Albânî- Title of the original book: Mukhtasar kitâb tahrîm âlât al-Tarab (مختصر تحريم آلات الطرب)
The subject of music in Islam regularly surfaces in the Muslim community. Voices then rise to defend or on the contrary ban music. Unfortunately, most of the people who express themselves on this sensitive subject are unaware of the texts of the legislation which, themselves, are the source of what is permitted or prohibited.
Through this book, we invite readers to return to people of science, who have dedicated their lives to the study of these founding texts. They will thus see for themselves that before expressing themselves on a religious subject, it is first necessary to return to the works of scholars, such as the great traditionist Sheikh al-Albânî , who analyze, dissect, authenticate, criticize the texts of the Law and then deduce the rules they contain.
In the end, the reader will get a clear idea about the music and how to understand the religious texts that mention this subject.
