"To my French friends to introduce them to my Arab friends" Max Vintéjoux
Louis Massignon greeted "the Arab Miracle" written by Max Vintéjoux, this partisan of the dialogue of cultures as a cry "to our Arab friends to hold firm, to resist all this deafening propaganda which proposes to them to renounce their honor, their tradition , to their fathers, to capitulate before the colonialist force and the capital of the banks, to conform their way of thinking and acting to this false civilization of robots..."
The Arab Miracle, by Max Vintéjoux, Héritage Editions
To remedy the shortcomings of history teaching. Max Vintéjoux got down to making his Arab friends known to his French friends.
Louis Massignon hailed the Arab Miracle written by this supporter of the dialogue of cultures as a cry "to our Arab friends to hold firm, to resist all this deafening propaganda which proposes to them to renounce their honor, their tradition, their fathers, to capitulate before the colonialist force and the capital of the banks, to conform their way of thinking and acting to this false civilization of robots which no longer believes in itself, nor in God, and aspires to subject the universe to a climate of idiotic American digests , written in basic (or pigeon ) English (...) Let them hold up. The world needs them.
M. Vintéjoux's message remains relevant at a time marked by the aggravation of the problems which justified Massignon's support for an honest and informed book.
