For the love of Jesus, I embraced Islam

My conscience told me that there was something strange in the teachings I had received in the Church and in Christianity...

One day, when I was going through the booklets given to me at the mosque, I read two lines that filled my heart with joy and happiness. Tears began to fall from my eyes and I cried, "My God, this is the truth, the answer I could never have found!"

I read this about Jesus Christ: "They say (bragging): 'We killed Jesus Christ, the son of Mary, the Messenger of Allah', but they did not kill him or crucify him" .

My hero, my beloved Prophet, Jesus of Nazareth, whom I prayed to twice a day at home in my little altar, had not been crucified?! For me, the weight of the cross allegedly carried by Jesus on the Mount of Clavaire fainted and disintegrated the same way a huge mountain is pulverized by dynamite.

I thought and said to myself: "If this is the truth, then this religion is the real one". For twenty years I was told that Jesus had been murdered. I had been taken on a journey with no other route.

Now another avenue was opened, presenting more logical answers. Again, I was thinking. I concluded that I wanted to belong to this religion. 

I wanted to be a Muslim!
