The scholars are therefore responsible for the transmission (of the message), the orientation and the clarification of the limits of the licit and the illicit.

The scholars are therefore his heirs, responsible for the transmission (of the message), of the education of the orientation and of the clarification of the limits of the licit and the illicit.
If the scholars have therefore inherited from the Prophets, this also means that they have inherited a high position which suits them, and a position in the Shari'a. Obedience to scholars is obligatory and is part of obedience to Allah...
