Here is a book which deals with Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh) and which I have summarized as much as possible, contenting myself with mentioning only one opinion each time so that this work constitutes a basis for the reader. Thus, the clearly established legal opinion will not find itself drowned in the middle of the different ways of approaching it and the multiple versions specific to it.

Some of my brothers asked me to make a summary of it so that it would be more accessible to students and easier to memorize. So I responded favorably to their request by relying on Allah and busying myself with purifying my intention, thereby seeking His Noble Face and the necessary help to achieve His illustrious satisfaction; Allah is sufficient for us and what an excellent Guarantor.

I included authentic hadiths, seeking their blessing and relying on them [to support my argument]. I took these hadiths from the two authentic collections so as not to have to cite the sources each time.
