Among the questions on which the Muslims of the first generations are unanimous, all without exception, the fact of considering the Sunnah as the second reference of Islamic Legislation. And this, the Unknowable and of the Belief, the laws which govern the acts, the policy or the education. Unanimous also on the prohibition of transgressing it, in any of the aforementioned areas, by abandoning it for an opinion, an Ijyihad, or an analogy. And this is a fact confirmed by The Book and the Sunnah.
