It is therefore aimed as much at healthy people as at people suffering from pathologies and having a diet to adapt (diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, cancers, etc.) in order to enable them to best reconcile spirituality , culinary traditions and nutrition-health.

        This book is also intended for caregivers (Muslim or not!) in order to allow them to take this spiritual dimension into account or even trigger a reflection on their professional approach: the ideal would be to be able to give advice integrating the recommendations of the Muslim religion .
