Anas reports: "A man questioned the Prophet (bdsl) saying: When will the hour come, O Messenger of God! He said to him: What have you prepared for her? The man said: I don't I have prepared nothing important for her in terms of prayer, fasting and almsgiving, but I love God and his Messenger! The Messenger of God (bdsl) said to her: You are with the one you love. We (the companions) said: And the rest of us too! He said: Yes. And Anas added: We were never so delighted, since the advent of Islam, as by his saying: You are with the one you love. .. When 'Uthman Ibn Madh'ûn was buried in the tomb, his wife said to him: O Abu Al-Sa'îd! Congratulations on Paradise! The Messenger of God (bdsl) said to him: What is What do you know? She said to him: O messenger of God! He fasted by day and prayed by night. He said to him: It would be enough for you to say: He loved God and His Messenger. “Say: follow me, if you love God; God will love you and forgive your sins. God is the Forgiver. He is Merciful” (Quran: 3/31).
