The will is recognized by the Koran, the Sunna and the community consensus. Ash-Shâfi'î said: "For a Muslim, to be determined and far-sighted is to have his will drawn up with him when he wants to dispose of something, because no one can say when his time will come or if death will not will not prevent him from carrying out his wishes. »
