The Hawd, or the Pool of the Prophet (SWS) is a resplendent place of the water beyond where believers will have the joy of meeting the Messenger of Allah (SWS) for the first time. This place has been abundantly described in many hadiths and attesting to its existence constitutes an essential part of the belief in the afterlife in accordance with the dogma of Islam.
