Ajwa de Médine is a small cone-shaped date with dark skin verging on black, with a soft texture. It melts easily in the mouth. It has a delicate and authentic taste, where we find the flavor of caramel with a hint of liquorice. A unique variety that only grows in the palm groves of Medina in Arabia.
