Successful sex education for our children

Instilling a sex education in your child consists in initiating him to respect intimacy by teaching him the rules of decorum relating to the request for authorization to enter the bedroom of his parents, or his brother or sister. It is to ensure the preservation of his sexual identity according to which Allah created him and to protect him against any conditioning that would cause trouble in him on this level: ( Humans! We have created you from a male and a female ) ( Quran , al-hujurát) .

It is to initiate the boy to be, in the future, a man of integrity and a good husband and to initiate his daughter to be a woman of integrity and a good mother and to make them understand that the relationship between the two is a relationship of complementarity and no conflict and opposition and that there is no sexual relations outside of marriage, an act qualified by Allah as (solemn pledge -mithâq ghaliz- ) [ Quran , an-nisa ] .

It is to teach your child the rules of bodily hygiene Inherent in human nature, such as ablutions, the ritual bath to purify oneself from the state of menstruation or the state of defilement due to nocturnal pollution, the underarm hair removal, etc. It is to show him a good example and to ensure that he has good company. It's trying to keep him away from all sexual excitement and promiscuity, to help him preserve his chastity, modesty, discretion in words, gestures and dress.

Certainly, a whole pedagogy must be thought out and put into practice in this direction and we must act early . Let us recognize that too abundant a pasture of sensuality and sexuality is offered to the curiosity of our children, whether in the real world with its sprawling temptations or in the world of the Internet, this web of formidable nets. Thus the whys and hows germinate very early, sometimes from the age of five in their minds. Here they are plagued by troubling questions. Faced with such a situation, speaking, instructing and educating become necessities.
