The Stories of the Prophets Zakarya, Yahya, 'Issa told by the Koran , is part of a collection, which has 9 volumes, intended for all members of the family. Its objective is to make people discover the stories of the Prophets through an illustrated album and documented by authenticated sources.

Volume 8 discusses the stories of three prophets reported by the Holy Quran:

• Zakarya, The Heir of Allah .
• Yahya (John), The Sage of Allah.
• Issa (Jesus), The Grateful Worshiper .

• Maryam, recluse in the Temple of Jerusalem
• Issa (as) son of Maryam
• Yahya (as) son of Zakarya (as)
• Issa (as) receives the Injil
• The signs of Issa's prophecy
• The healings of Issa (as)
• The resurrection of the dead

The authors have chosen to illustrate the important events in the lives of the prophets with drawings and to indicate the cities of birth and the journeys made with maps. They were led to make such a choice for educational reasons. Indeed, the memorization of stories by the reader will be easier for him with the help of drawings and maps.

They did not make prohibited drawings where any part of a prophet's body would be visible.

They compiled the prophetic stories from the following books:

• An-Najar, Stories of the Prophets

They took up verses and hadiths which are in the following reference books:

• Muhammad Hamidullah, The Holy Quran (French translation of the Quran)
• al-Bukhari, Sahih al-Bukhari
