The Wajiz or summary of case law:
By the grace of Allah, a significant number of works presenting the most important aspects of fiqh are now available in many languages. However, The Wajiz or Summary of Jurisprudence in the Light of Sunnah and Quran, with its unique aspects, has made it very popular in its original language, Arabic, and, Allah willing , he will also make an important contribution to the Islamic literature available in French. The author has, on the one hand, restricted the sources from which he draws the rules of fiqh to the Qur'an and the authentic hadiths of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), while taking great care to avoid weak or rejected hadiths still found in many books of fiqh. To further ensure that his work is of exemplary reliability, the author has, on the other hand, limited his commentaries to what comes directly from the Koran and the Sunnah in order to put it beyond the reach of critics. Finally, he has endeavored to avoid the polemics in which lawyers are often drawn, in order to offer a work in which readers can have complete confidence. This book is intended both for all those who wish to deepen their knowledge of the basic rules which govern the daily life of the pious Muslim, and for those who are already familiar with a certain number of these rules, and who wish to have at hand hand a condensed and easily accessible compendium.
