This collection , in which we have compiled four treatises on the Maliki Madhhab , is part of a series aimed at presenting and offering the French-speaking public the reference texts of the Madhhab .
This first volume brings together four simple treatises, intended for beginners in the study of the Madhhab wishing to study the more in-depth treatises until they reach the rank allowing them to deliver legal opinions or to teach the Madhhab , or simply for the lambda Muslim wishing to have a collection to which he could return for his daily questions in matters of worship allowing him to know what is incumbent on him in the different branches of his religion when these become obligatory to him, and in particular to an individual duty.

These collections are:
1- “ Al- Mukhtasar ” by Imam Al-Akhdari whose original title is “The summary concerning worship according to the Malikite madhhab ”

2- "Al Ashmâwiyyah " by Imam ' Abd-AlBârî Al-'Ashmawi whose original title is "Introduction according to the Madhhab of Mâlik "

3- " Matn Ibn ' Ashir " by Imam 'Abd Al-Wâhid Ibn ' Ashir whose original title is "The guide helping about the necessary things among the foundations of religion"

4- "Al Mouqaddima Al ' Izziyah " by Imam Abu Al-Hassan Ash-Shâdhili whose original title is "the introduction Al-'Izziyah for the Azharite community"
