Ten studies of Arabic lexicology, by Jean-Claude ROLLAND (2nd edition)

The ten studies that make up this collection were written during the years 2014 and 2015. Two of them appeared in the SELEFA Letter and a few others were the subject of an oral intervention during a meeting. of this association. Almost all of them were read in a first version by benevolent but critical readers whose remarks helped to improve the form and content. Some topics have arisen from open discussions on the BABEL Forum. But above all – we will realize this when reading them – few of them would have been imagined and undertaken without the research and work of Arabic lexicology by these two permanent sources of inspiration, Georges Bohas and Michel Masson.
