All praise goes to Allah Who revealed the Book to His servant without introducing any ambiguity into it, and I testify that there is no deity worthy of worship except Allah, Alone, without partner, ...
Then there are words about the exegesis of verses from the Book of Allah the Almighty. The reason why I wrote them is that I was passing, when reading the noble Qurʾān, through verses, and some of their treasures appeared to me, and I wished to bring these treasures into prominence. This came to fruition, and all praise be to Allah, in this book and when I was writing it, I thought of writing about other verses.
This book consists of discussions about verses from all suras of the Qurʾān before the mufaṣṣal part, most about one passage of the sura, and some about more than one passage. Regarding the part of the mufaṣṣal, which begins at surah Qāf, I have written about fifteen passages. What I have written is drawn from lessons I have learned from the exegesis books of IbnJarīr, Al-Qurṭubī, Ibn Kathīr, Ash-Shawkānī and Ash-Shinqiṭī, may Allah have mercy on them.
I ask Allah, Mighty and High be He, to make this book beneficial and grant success to me and all Muslims in reaching what is the commendable conclusion here- down and in the afterlife. And may Allah's praises, greetings and blessings be upon our Prophet Muḥammad and his Family and Companions.
