- The first volume begins with the notion of the election of the prophet ( saw ) , of Mecca, of Jibrîl among the angels, etc., and ends with the chapter on prophetic practice relating to pilgrimage and the 'umma .
- The second volume begins with the chapter concerning the practice of the prophet ( saw ) relating to the offering and the sacrifice, and ends with that on the jihad and the military companions.
- The third volume begins with the arrival of the delegations and others at the Prophet's ( saw ) and ends with the chapters on the prophetic decisions relating to marriage and its consequences.
- The fourth and final volume closes the chapter on marriage and concludes with the prophetic decisions relating to sales.
