Reciting the Book of Allah, reflecting on His verses and understanding them is an age-old tradition in the life of Muslims. Helping future generations understand His verses and achieve their goals is among the greatest righteous deeds. This is why it is essential for the community to have a concise tafsir. The King Fahd Complex for Printing the Noble Quran in Madinah is honorably engaged in conveying the meanings of the Quran to non-Arabic speakers.

With this in mind, Dar Al Fajr has published 'The Holy Quran with its Simplified Explanation', an edition of the Quran in Hafs recitation in Ottoman script, accompanied by an accessible explanation prepared by a group of eminent scholars of Quranic interpretation. This explanation follows the principles of interpretation by adopting the methodology of the pious predecessors, emphasizing the purposes and teachings of the Quran while simplifying the text and explaining difficult terms. Each verse is explained individually, avoiding unnecessary repetition. This initiative aims to make understanding the Quran accessible, especially for those who do not speak Arabic, and to serve as a basis for future translations of the Quran into different languages
