The book titled "Al-Badee' fi Ma'rifat Ma Rusima fi Mushaf 'Uthman ibn 'Affan" written by Ibn Ma'adh al-Juhani is one of the books that have been written on the subject of Quranic calligraphy. Ghannam Qadouri al-Hamd undertook to research and publish it after freeing it from its confinement in the world of manuscripts, in order for it to be accessible to the general public as well as specialists in the history of Arabic writing and Quranic calligraphy in particular. This book holds great importance due to its content, in which the author focuses on the method of calligraphy for the words in the Quran, providing linguistic explanations as well. It is also enriched by the era in which the author lived.
