This book is intended primarily as a social and legal study of women in the society established by Islam. The author brings together all the texts that allude, directly or indirectly, to women, in their private and public lives, and to the nature of their relationships within society and their various activities.

Islam has defined a position of honor for women, the considerable responsibilities it has entrusted to them at home and outside, and the active and positive role it has assigned to them in the life of society. .

At the time of the Prophet (sbdl), the Muslim woman was aware of her personality, defined most perfectly by Islam, and this is what determined her practice in all areas of life.

The personality of the woman is summed up by this saying of the Prophet (sbdl) who defines the man and the woman as fundamentally equal, each one nevertheless having its specificity in certain domains: "Women are the second half of men" (Reported by Abu Dawood).
