The anthem of a country is the one that takes you to the guts, the one that tells the story of a people, your story, your identity. This song that unites hearts and brings people together. Mine is the Brabançonne. On a tune of lively music, he transports his people through History. This History that we somehow try to forget, that we forget to tell, is mine. And mine started in 1964.

My Choice, the Law, Freedom: O homeland, o dear mother, by Nora Abied, Al-Hadith editions
"O fatherland, o dear mother", why do you reject me? Why don't you want me anymore? O homeland , my dear homeland, have you forgotten the sacrifices of my people, those who helped you to recover and develop?
This hymn, I decided to rewrite it, so that it is more inclusive, more tolerant, so that it brings together more hearts.
A testimony, a duty of memory, for all those forgotten by the convention, for all the victims of this bilateral agreement.
