THE PILGRIMAGE TO MECCA

Dhû el Hidja: the last month of the lunar year, it corresponds to two great events in the life of every Muslim and Muslim, which collide in divine harmony: (1) The "day of Arafat", the Ninth of month of Dhû el Hidja, (the Hajj is Arafat) or all the pilgrims who are in a state of ihram (sacredness) must make the ultimate rite of the pilgrimage to Mecca: "WAKHFATOU ARAFAT" (the station of arafat) from sunrise to sunset. (2) The tenth of the month of Dhû-el-Hidja is the day of AID EL’KEBIR.
