Extremism ( Exaggeration in religion scrutinized by the Koran, the Sunna and the sayings of Muslim scholars) , by Abbûd Ibn 'Alî Ibn Dir
Exaggeration and religious and more generally ideological extremism are scourges that affect all civilizations without exception. When this extremist comes to attack others, we are then faced with a phenomenon that tends to level off the specificities of otherness, this concerns Muslims as well as non-Muslims. However , Islam warns the Muslim through the Koran and the Sunna against such an attitude which is the opposite of the foundations of indulgence and mercy on which this religion is built.
Many verses and hadiths deal with this phenomenon and mention the path to adopt to avoid finding yourself on this disastrous path. At a time when the image of Islam is dirty and perverted, this work mentions the true position of this religion vis-à-vis extremism, and this, in the light of the founding texts which are the Koran and the Sunna. . We thus find there the necessary proofs making it possible to exonerate Islam from the extremist acts which are committed in its name and to make listen to reason with the extremists who claim to be Islam.
