Modern man is immersed in the whirlwind of everyday life. Each of us is now like a wheel driven by the cycle of busyness and insignificant details, which hold him back from the moment he gets up in the morning, until they leave him lying on his bed, exhausted, the end of the night.

One of the worst consequences of exhausting busyness in the cogs of modern civilization is the hardness that creeps into the heart, bleeds faith and disturbs inner peace, to the point that everyone now complains about it.

Isn't it time for us to find a moment where we escape this modern pressure, in order to regain our spiritual energy thanks to the breath of faith? Isn't it time to soften our hearts through the Quran?

As for the fact that the Quran is the refuge where we purify souls, where we soften hearts, where we refine minds and where we deliver them from earthly gravity, this is not a deduction nor a point of view, but it is a truth, which is indicated by the Quran itself.

God said: {Remind by the Qur'an the one who fears my Threat} Qâf, 45. He also said: {Say: "I am only warning you by the Revelation"} al-Anbiyâ', 45. Likewise, God describes the Quran as an "exhortation": {O you people! indeed, an exhortation has come to you from your Lord Yunus, 57.
