Everyone, at times, faces misfortunes that grip the heart and cause great suffering. To remedy this, people adopt different processes. They take various paths. But it is by returning to Allah, by evoking Him, by humbly requesting Him, that these sorrows dissipate without a trace. It is through the evocation of Allah, thanks to the faith flooding the heart, that it calms down and the sorrows go away. Therefore, the remedy is dhikr. Many formulas were transmitted from the Prophet. He advised anyone who is suffering from a worry, sadness or difficulty to have recourse to them, to repeat them constantly in order to dissipate what is affecting them.
