The phonetic Quran in another language is not the Holy Quran, it is an approximate transcription or transliteration of the phonemes of the language of the Quran which is literary Arabic.

Muslim scholars consider transliteration or vocalization in Latin languages as an open door to the alteration of the Holy Quran. It is knowingly that this decision has been confirmed for several decades.
