Graduated in Sociology-Anthropology at the University of Paris VIII, Myriam is a marriage counselor (trained by CERFPA ) , master practitioner in NLP . (trained at the Institut Repère) , she also completed a two-year course in traditional Chinese medicine at the Shao Yang Institute in Lyon.

She is the author of several books. His books have met the needs of more than ten thousand readers. Among the best known, we can cite: "Once upon a time there was a man, a woman" ( volume 1 ) , "They got married and had many … surprises " ( volume 2 ) , and his famous book " PS : Back to e-sense-heaven ".

She co-hosts training seminars in personal and spiritual development with her husband Maher Lakhdar in France, Belgium and Switzerland.
