PRODUCT PRESENTATION
Senna or Sana Makki is a medicinal plant used as a laxative for its purgative properties (as well as aloe and rhubarb), in the form of an infusion in the event of occasional constipation in adults. This is the way to purge your body entirely by getting rid of all that it contains bad in depth.

Latin name: Cassia angustifolia

- Constituents: Naphthalene derivatives, flavonoid. Anthracene derivatives (sennosides A and B) it is a medicinal plant.

It was used in Western maritime pharmacopoeia in the 18th century. (mainly the catholicum)

BENEFITS
- Pharmacology: The properties of anthracenes (active principles of senna) block the reabsorption of water and electrolytes in the large intestine, thus causing loose stools which facilitate defecation.

-Indications: Use in adults in case of:

- Temporary constipation for a duration of treatment of less than 10 days, except medical advice.

-Intestinal purging

-Hemorrhoids (defecation is facilitated by loose stools).

- For the roqya

The duration of the treatment should not exceed more than 8 to 10 days under penalty of irritation of the intestine.

Its purgative effect can be triggered approximately 10 hours after its use.

The sana makki does not have the function of losing weight, however by eliminating the bad things in the body so deeply, it will help to lose weight from a body which perhaps had difficulty in eliminating before in certain places , due to an accumulation of bad things… The metabolism being improved, the sana makki cure will therefore help the body to eliminate.

With long-term use, could lead to a loss of certain minerals such as potassium and cause hypokalaemia and gastrointestinal cramps.

Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women and children under 12 years old.

USE TIPS
Take 2 tablespoons of sana makki to put in a pot of water (1 litre) which you bring to the boil.
you can add a teaspoon of ground ginger or nigella (in seeds or powder).
Leave to stand for several hours then filter into a bottle that is kept in the refrigerator.
You can also recite in the container.
Drink 20 cl or a normal glass, in the morning on an empty stomach, sweeten with a teaspoon of honey.
You can either drink it cold or drink it hot for a faster effect.
