Ben Halima Raouf was born in 1967 in Tunis. From a Tunisian father and an American mother, he grew up in both cultures until his conversion at the age of 15. He has since invested in training and spreading Islam. He came to continue his higher education in France in 1986 and then settled there permanently. Olympic champion in mathematics, engineer in statistics and economics, he has devoted himself to Muslim works since 1995. Writer, translator and editor; he has also learned the Koran and has been practicing roqya professionally since 1997.
