The first arose in the geopolitical conditions that followed the First World War, as a transformation imposed by these conditions on the colonial empire of Great Britain.

The Islamic Commonwealth must see the light of day as the re-edition of a civilization and not of a new form of empire.

In other words, it cannot be conceived as a simple political, economic and strategic structure adapted to new power relations in the world like the British model, but as a moral and cultural structure necessary for the resolution not only of the current social crisis of Muslim countries, but to the outcome of the spiritual crisis of all humanity. »
