Facing our fears

What can be said of the future of Western societies in general and European societies in particular? How can we analyze and understand the crises and difficulties we face? How to apprehend our fears and these recurring debates on our roots, our identity, integration, immigration, security? How is the Muslim presence in the West evolving? What are the opportunities to be seized and the obstacles to be overcome? Can we identify the opponents to this Muslim presence and the nature of their motivations? Are there reasons to remain optimistic?
