He is one of the most eminent in the fields of education and Islamic thought. Dr. Abdelkarim Bakkar has taken an interest in various themes relating to Muslim civilization, and the revival of thought and education.
Doctor Abdelkarim Bakkar obtained his university baccalaureate at the faculty of Arabic language of Al-Azhar University in Egypt in 1973, then his master's degree in 1975 and his doctorate in 1979 within the same university. He started in 1976 at the Islamic University of Imam Mohamed Ibn Saud in al-Qassim in Saudi Arabia. In 1989, he went to King Khalid University in Abha where he obtained a chair in 1992. He remained at this university until 2002. He left it to devote himself entirely to writing and cultural work and intellectual. He settled in the Saudi capital Riyadh.
He taught linguistics: the notion of words, phonemes, Arabic dialects, Koranic readings, grammar, conjugation, grammar schools, the history of grammar… During this period, he presented numerous researches. He wrote several specialized and scientific books in the field of linguistics.
This book consists of ten different rules presented in the form of chapters, which are as follows:

- Rule 4: Education is about interaction.
- Rule 5: Education relies on precision.
- Rule 6: Education is about attention.

- Rule 10: No education without discipline.
