Nigella Oil: (Nigella sativa) unrefined, cold pressed, rich in essential fatty acids, nigellone, carotene, thymoquinone and minerals. It is a natural source of omega 3 (Ala), omega 6 (GLa), omega 9 (OA).

Internal use: as edible oil: one teaspoon (2.5) ml. With or after meals (once or twice) a day.

External use: It is used externally by applying it to your hair or skin for its nourishing, moisturizing and cosmetic properties. Avoiding eyes and mucous membranes.
