The European Council for Fatwa and Research is an independent institution specializing in Islamic law. It includes a large number of specialist jurisconsults residing in Europe. Among its members are scholars living in the Muslim world who, thanks to their constant visits, know the European context. It is chaired by Sheikh Dr. Youssef al-Qaradawi .

About the Author: Moncef Zenati
Theologian and specialist in the Sunnah, he is currently a teacher and head of the distance Islamic studies department at IESH Château-Chinon. He is also a founding member of Havre de Savoir. Cheikh Moncef Zenati will share his knowledge with you through daily interventions.
