The Gardens of Piety (Riyad Es-Salihine) according to Imam Al-Nawawi

The Gardens of Piety (Riyadh es-Salihine):

This book "The Gardens of Piety" by Imam an-Nawawi has become one of the most consulted books by ordinary Muslims, especially in recent years. This is also why our scholars have taken a particular interest in it, led by the traditionist. -muhaddith- of our time, the reformer of the religion and the defender of the sunna, the scholarly Muhammad Nâsir Addîn Al'Albani. He indeed quoted the canonical sources -takhrîj- and the degree of authenticity. -tahqîq- many hadith-s of this collection and accompanied them with interesting comments. Only he did not do this for all hadiths. The specialist in the science of the foundations of jurisprudence, Muhammad Ibn sâlih al'Uthaymîn, followed him in this. He has on his side explained most of the hadith-s of this collection, with his scientific style which is distinguished by its ease and richness, which is suitable for the ordinary Muslim and which the student of religious sciences cannot do without.
