Illustrious Andalusian Malikite and Khatîb scholar of the great mosque of Gharnâtah (Granada), engaged in the great affairs of his time until he died at the battle of Tarîfa (Rio Salado), Abû al-Qâsim ibn Juzayy left us a fabulous heritage in all disciplines of Islamic science, from fiqh to tafsir, the Arabic language, hadith or adab.
