BUTTON 1/ It's morning, up, up - let's recite the wake-up dua:

الْحَمْدُ للهِ الَّذِي أَحْيَانَا بَعْدَ مَا أَمَاتَنَا وَإِلَيْ هِ النُّشُورُ

Alhamdu lillahil-ladhi 'ahyana ba'da ma 'amatana wa'ilayhin-nushur

BUTTON 2/ It's bedtime, let's recite the du'a before sleeping:

بِاسْمِكَ اللَّهُمَّ أَمُوتُ وَأَحْيَا

BismikALLAHUMMA Amootu Wa-'ahya

BUTTON 3/ When you lie down in bed at night, recite the last 3 suras of the Quran, breathe into your palms and run your hands over your face and all over your body

بِسمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحمٰنِ الرَّحيمِ

قُلْ هُوَ ٱللَّهُ أَحَدٌ • ٱللَّهُ ٱلصَّمَدُ • لَمْ يَلِدْ وَلَمْ يُ ولَد • وَلَمْ يَكُن لَّه كُفُوًا أَحَدٌ

بِسمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحمٰنِ الرَّحيمِ

قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ ٱلْفَلَقِ • مِن شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ • وَمِن شَرِّ غَاسِقٍ إِذَا وَقَبَ • وَمِن شَرِّ ٱلنَّفَّٰثَٰتِ فِى ٱلْعُقَدِ • وَم ِن شَرِّ حَاسِدٍ إِذَا حَسَدَ

بِسمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحمٰنِ الرَّحيمِ

قُل أَعوذُ بِرَبِّ لنّاسِ • مَلِكِ النّاسِ • إِلٰهِ النّاسِ • مِن شَر ِّ الوَسواسِ الخَنّاسِ • الَّذى يُوَسوِسُ فى صُدورِ النّاسِ • مِنَ ال جِنَّةِ وَالنّاسِ

BUTTON 4/ The Prophet Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم, said: "When you lie down in your bed, recite ayat al Kursiy (...). So a guardian angel from Allah will be there to protect you and no Shaytan will approach you until morning.”

اللَّهُ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ هُوَ الْحَيُّ الْقَيُّومُ لاَ تَأْخُذُ هُ سِنَةٌ وَلاَ نَوْمٌ لَهُ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الأَرْض ِ مَنْ ذَا الَّذِي يَشْفَعُ عِنْدَهُ إِلاَّ بِإِذْنِهِ يَعْلَمُ مَ ا بَيْنَ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَمَا خَلْفَهُمْ وَلاَ يُحِيطُونَ بِشَيْءٍ م عِلْمِهِ إِلاَّ بِمَا شَاءَ وَسِعَ كُرْسِيُّهُ السَّمَاوَاتِ و أَرْضَ وَلاَ يَئُودُهُ حِفْظُهُمَا وَهُوَ الْعَلِيُّ الْعَظِي مُ
