This work presents the main studies forming the sciences of the Koran. Concise and simplified, it gives the French-speaking public an overview of the sciences of the Koran accessible to all, and allows them to acquire the fundamental knowledge necessary to know and understand the Koran.

It allows us to know how the Quran was revealed, transcribed, compiled, arranged and transmitted to us by written and oral means. It highlights the different approaches to the Quranic text, the exegetical methods and the tools essential to each exegete. The first edition was published in 2013.

It is a new edition, revised, corrected and expanded which is offered to you. The author has reworked, expanded some chapters and added important topics, with particular attention to refuting the controversies aroused around the Quran, its assembly, its transmission, its readings and its writing.
