Tajweed Rules for Reciting the Quran - A Beginner's Guide - Hafs Al-Gazzi
The reciter of the Quran will be rewarded ten times for each letter he utters. This huge reward for an action that seems so simple highlights the importance of learning the correct way to read the Quran. This book aims to empower the reader in accordance with the recitation of Prophet Muhammad (SwS).
To lay the groundwork for the correct learning of Quranic recitation, or Tajwid, the history of the Quran is briefly developed from its revelation to its compilation. In addition, the history of the science of Tajwid is evoked in order to introduce its rules. They are detailed in a simple but nevertheless clear way. Each rule is accompanied by sample verses from the Quran for students to practice recitation.
Although audio is included to demonstrate the correct pronunciation of these rules, it is highly recommended that this book be studied in conjunction with a teacher versed in the rules of Quranic recitation. Together, the book and audio support provide readers with the basics they need to know for good recitation. The Tajwid Rules for Reciting the Quran, a beginner's guide, is an essential learning tool for anyone seeking to acquire sufficient Tajwid proficiency.
