About the Author:
Dr. Naceur Jabnoun obtained his doctorate at the University of Pitts-burgh, in the United States. He currently serves as a senior consultant with the Sheikh Saqr Program for Government Excellence, which was founded to train future leaders by supporting and developing the talents of exceptional students. in the United Arab Emirates. He is the author of numerous books on total quality - Total Quality Management - and service quality. His most recent publications deal with knowledge management and quality in higher education.
